The sky’s looking a bit pissed off – some fast moving low cloud getting blown apart by a fairly strong wind blowing in the Straight of Georgia.
It was actually quite warm, despite the wind and speckles of rain. Hopefully it’s snowing up on the local ski hills.

I take some comfort in knowing that I can get on this highway and drive for about 3,000 miles 7,000 km and I’ll still be in Canada.

Right on cue (the weatherman’s cue) the rain let up and the sun came out to light up English Bay on Christmas Eve.
EB and I took an hour out for a lovely walk on the West Vancouver sea wall.
