I’m trying out Robo.to. It makes adding a video avatar really simple, as well as feeding simple text updates to Twitter and Facebook.

The whole idea is that it’s a very simple tool that only adoesa a coupel of things – taking a cue I think from Twitter’s popularity.

Here’s my looping-waving-blinking-avatar from the page I set up. You record the vid-avatar right from the app – in my case using the MacBook’s built in camera.

This little flash snippet loops the video and updates the status updates I do when logged on at Robo.to.bisnit, nifty.

I’ve popped it into my sidebar via a text widget.

As I update the Robo.to status, it updates my Twitter feed, Facebook page and also displays my Flickr feed.

Really nifty how all these apps are starting to interact.
